These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TROYBOY mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use TROYBOY. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. We do not knowingly permit use by anyone under 18 and may terminate accounts that we believe belong to minors.
You are responsible for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate profile information, keep your login credentials secure, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized access. You may not impersonate others, harass members, spam, scrape data, reverse engineer the app, or use the Service for unlawful purposes. We may investigate reports and take action, including warnings, restrictions, or permanent bans.
You may not post, send, or share content that: depicts minors or suggests underage users; promotes illegal activity; contains hate speech, threats, or violence; is non-consensual, exploitative, or harassing; infringes intellectual property or privacy rights; contains malware or deceptive links; or otherwise violates our community standards. We may remove content and suspend accounts without prior notice where we believe a violation has occurred.
Profile photos and media must be of you (or content you have rights to share), appropriate for a social discovery platform, and free of illegal, violent, or sexually explicit material involving minors. Do not include contact information, watermarks intended to circumvent moderation, or images of third parties without their consent. We may remove photos that violate these guidelines or reduce visibility of your profile.
Paid subscriptions (e.g., MORE, MAXX, APEX) are billed on a recurring basis through the Apple App Store or Google Play unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices, features, and tiers may change with notice where required by law. You manage and cancel subscriptions in your device account settings; uninstalling the app does not cancel billing. Access to premium features continues until the end of the current paid period after cancellation.
Except where required by applicable law, all charges are final. This includes subscription fees and consumable in-app purchases. Refunds are handled solely through the platform store where you purchased, subject to their policies. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods or unused consumables.
You may delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, pose a safety risk, or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may retain or delete data as described in our Privacy Policy.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TROYBOY AND ITS AFFILIATES DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER MEMBERS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer protections apply. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless otherwise required by law. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
